They can apply it when purchasing a Membership with a monthly billing plan on the website. The coupon is only valid on Memberships with a monthly billing plan (not Multi-Pass, nor Trial Membership, nor yearly billing memberships).
Using the coupon on an invalid membership type, will invalidate the discount and the credit.Â
As an advocate you can refer up to 5 friends per week.
In case of system abuses your referal might be blocked.
Credit is added to your account only once your referred friend has made their Membership purchase.
The purchase is also going through a verification process so some time might pass between payments and approval.
You can only refer someone if you are logged into the website and if you have purchased something from our website before (i.e. any memberships or product counts).Â
If you have bought something before from the reception (incl. memberships) it doesn’t count as a website purchase.
This is to ensure the person referring is a real person.
No – the referral coupon will not work on purchases which already fall under a special offer (i.e. you cannot use a referral discount and a student discount at the same time)
The Discount % is calculated on the gross price of the Membership first month, while the Credit % is calculated on the discounted Membership value (i.e. after the discount was applied.)
This is due to a technical limitation of the system used that we cannot alter.
The Referral Credit can only be used on purchases on our website until June 30th 2027.
Referral Credit CANNOT be used to purchase Gift Cards. Using it for Gift Cards purchases will invalidate the Referral Credit without possibility of any refund.
Referral credit CANNOT be converted into cash or any other equivalent. It is intended as a discount on future purchases.
The credit is automatically deducted from your next renewal payment.
No, the Referral Credit can only be used for online purchases and it cannot be used in the gym or converted into cash.
They can apply the discount (once) on any new memberships bought during the referral period. To have the new membership starting when their existing one expires they can send us an email at [email protected] after they have purchase the new membership.
Please note that existing Memberships can only be terminated according to the existing terms & condition and applicable notice period.Â
As long as you are logged into the website and you have purchased something from our website before, then you can refer someone.
If you have never purchased something from our website (i.e. only single pass or prepaid membership at reception unfortunately you are not able to refer a friend). This is due to a technical limitation of the system used that we cannot alter.
