FAQ
You can upgrade from a lower tier Membership to a higher tier Membership for FREE.Â
A fee applies when downgrading from ahigher tier Membership to a lower tier Membership. Just send an email to [email protected], latest 7 days before your renewal is to take place, and our team will be happy to assist.
Switching between membership billing periods isn’t possible.
No, regular Memberships can only be purchased online.
You can purchase a Trial Membership in person or online
No, Multi-passes are personal and cannot be shared.
Please also note that Off-Peak Multi-pass are only valid Off-Peak.
Memberships can request to freeze and unfreeze their membership by filling out this form (terms & conditions apply)
Trial Memberships cannot be frozen, but can only be cancelled.
